Cancellation Policy
- If a client needs to cancel an appointment, KNSP will require 48 hrs notice via phone, text or email prior to the scheduled appointment.
- If cancellation received >48 hours prior to scheduled appointment, no cancellation fee applies.
- If cancellation received <48 hours prior to scheduled appointment or if the client is not at the address supplied for their appointment, 100% of the fee will be charged (including the travel fee for no-shows).
- If the client is running late to attend the appointment, the appointment will commence at the time originally booked and the client will forfeit any time of non-attendance.
